WHATS WITH THESE POLICE OFFICERS AND THEIR OUT OF CONTROL SEX ORGANS?

WHY WEREN'T THESE DEGENERATES WEEDED OUT IN THE POLICE ACADEMY?

PERHAPS THE POLICE DEPARTMENT SHOULD START FACTORING IN BREAKS DURING OFFICERS SHIFTS, SO THESE PSYCHOLOGICALLY DISTURBED INDIVIDUALS CAN HAVE A CONJUGAL VISIT WITH THEIR RIGHT HAND, BEFORE BEING UNLEASHED ON THE PUBLIC.

THE HIRED GUNS OF THE HOWARD COUNTY POLICE DEPARTMENT

YOU HAVE A RIGHT TO KNOW FROM WHERE THE GREATEST DANGER TO YOUR PHYSICAL SAFETY COMES, AND IF IT COMES FROM THE THUGS IN THE HOWARD COUNTY POLICE DEPARTMENT, SO BE IT. WE'RE GOING TO MAKE THAT KNOWN TO ALL WHO ARE INTERESTED.

THIS BEGINS OUR LIST OF THE MOST POTENTIALLY PHYSICALLY VIOLENT, AND INTELLECTUALLY CHALLENGED THUGS AT THE HOWARD COUNTY POLICE DEPARTMENT.

consider the experience of one citizen regarding these two officers:

Yates' lawsuit alleges that once he was handcuffed, the brutality started. The 23-year-old man says police officers, Ryan Thomas and Sean Kent, slammed his face into the pavement, punched him, kicked him, and choked him to the point of near unconsciousness. Adding insult to injury, it happened in front of his mother. Yates believes he was beaten, because he is African-American.

(notice how, true to form, they get you handcuffed before beating you into unconsciousness. punk-ish? yes!, spineless? yes! feloniously criminal? you bet it is! psychologically disturbed? most likely!)

ANYONE WHO HAS HAD AN EXPERIENCE WITH LAW ENFORCEMENT, (this term is actually a misnomer. those who wear the badge and carry the guns are NOT actually interested in matters of law enforcement at all. they're not at all interested in matters of truth, safety, integrity, etc, as they like to boast.they are simply hired guns who provide their thug services to the highest bidder), KNOWS HOW IT IS THAT WHEN THE COPS INVITE YOU FOR A RIDE TO THEIR "PLACE," THEY ALWAYS WANT TO TAKE YOUR PICTURE. YET, THERE IS NO GROUP IN OUR CULTURE THAT AVOIDS HAVING THEIR PICTURES TAKEN MORE THAN POLICE OFFICERS.

WHY YOU ASK?

IT'S REALLY VERY SIMPLE. JUST LIKE A BANK ROBBER OR CHILD MOLESTER DOESN'T WANT TO BE PHOTOGRAPHED, FOR FEAR OF BEING IDENTIFIED AT A FUTURE DATE, THE LAW BREAKING THUGS OF "LAW ENFORCEMENT," DON'T WANT TO BE IDENTIFIED BY THE PUBLIC, AT A FUTURE DATE. HAVING THEIR PICTURE TAKEN REMOVES THE CLOAK OF SECRECY THAT GOVERNMENT HAS PROVIDED THEM TO WAGE WAR ON THOSE INDIVIDUALS AND DEMOGRAPHIC GROUPS, OF WHOM THEY PERSONALLY DISAPPROVE, AND FOR REASONS THAT HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH MATTERS OF LAW.

BUT, WE HERE AT THE HOWARD COUNTY COP WATCH!, BELIEVE YOU HAVE EVERY RIGHT TO KNOW FROM WHERE THE GREATEST THREAT TO YOUR SAFETY COMES, AND SO WE ARE GOING TO ATTEMPT TO PHOTOGRAPH SOME OF OUR FAVORITE INFAMOUS THUGS IN UNIFORM, AND AS SOON AS WE RECOVER FROM OUR INJURIES, WE'LL POST THEM RIGHT HERE ON COP WATCH!

THUGS IN UNIFORM FROM OUTSIDE HOWARD COUNTY

THE STAIRWAY OF HELL!

I remember a police officer, once, who told me about one of his favorite perks of being in law enforcement, dubbed by his fellow officers as "the stairway of hell,"
(and you can be sure it's not a follow up to led zeppelins stairway to heaven)
He describes this stairway, in his particular police station, where there is a camera monitor high on the wall, which the public believes is observing all police activity.

"What the public doesn't know is that just inside the entry to the stairs, and to the right, is a switch, much like a light switch in your home, which when flipped turns the camera off."

For select citizens who are being escorted by one or more officers, the switch is flipped and the camera is disabled. The unsuspecting citizen, who is usually handcuffed, (surprised?),
and sometimes even shackled, is thinking he's just being transported to another area in the station, is stood at the top of the stairs, and told by the officers to just wait. Before the victim knows what happened, he receives a sharp bump from behind, which is sometimes accompanied by the other officers foot in front of his, and with his hands cuffed behind him, the poor sap is unable to break his fall as he's thrown face first down the stairway, resulting in significant bruising and injury.

The honorable police officer then utters the obligatory, but genuinely disingenuous,

"Oh, I'm so sorry. My mistake. Are you OK?"

and you know by the sparkling in his eyes, and the irrepressible grin on his face, he's telling the truth.
This really is one of his favorite perks of his career in law enforcement.
